Lee moved to Kauai in 1981 after a career in Urban Renewal and Historic Restoration in Lynchburg, Virginia.  She came to Kauai with her two daughters and worked at the Pacific Missile Range Facility at Barking Sands as a Contract Administrator building airplane hangers and radar sites before she realized how much she missed housing.  Lee returned to real estate in 1986 and never looked back.  She established Turtle Cove Realty in 1991.  Lee has been the Broker for over 500M in sales with 50M of her own personal sales.  Over the past 18 years Lee has been involved in residential, commercial and vacation ownership development.  She developed three other businesses, a fine art gallery, exotic gift store "Hale Mana" and resort clothing store.  "I feel that my creative interests mesh perfectly with my love of decor, homes, and people.  My understanding of business and creativity assist me and my agents in implementing our mantra: "Invest In Your Dreams"
