An active member of the State Bar of California until 01 January 2007, Mrs. Bingman was also a licensed Registered Nurse in California and Michigan, and is a retired Navy Captain (NC).

As one of Kaua'i's representatives to the Veterans Advisory Council for the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System, she is an advocate for Hawai'i veterans, and in Particular Kaua'i veterans, in the areas of health care and benefits.  Recently Mrs. Bingman was designated as the Kauai'i Chair/Ombudsman for the Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).

Mrs. Bingman received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 1966 where she was on the Dean's List.  Mrs. Bingman received a Navy Nurse Corps Candidate Scholarship while attending the U of M, and went on Active Duty upon graduation.  Attending the University of San Diego School of Law while stationed at the Navy Regional Medical Center San Diego (NRMCSD), Mrs. Bingman obtained her J.D. in December 1977.

Mrs. Bingman's combination of professional disciplines and experience have provided her with unique insight into our market.  In 2006 Mrs. Bingman obtained her Hawaii real estate license.  She is a member of several professional real estate organizations and offers service that is both smart and caring.
